Freshie’s Lobster Co. Opens at The Warehouse Food Hall

More great vendors coming this spring

BOISE, ID (February 7, 2023) – The Warehouse Food Hall, located at 370 S. 8th Street in downtown Boise, is proud to announce Freshie’s Lobster Co. is now open! Freshie’s brings fresh-caught New England lobster to Boise with its famous lobster rolls and fresh fish menu items.

“I love the experience a food hall brings to people who really appreciate great food,” said Lorin Smaha, owner of Freshie’s Lobster Co. “I’m really excited to bring the best lobster roll in the world to Boise.”

Local favorite, Piedaho, is set to open at The Warehouse this February. Piedaho makes artisanal pies that taste as good as they look, thanks to high quality, local ingredients. Piedaho got its start on social media where customers could order handmade pies and have them delivered straight to their door. Now Boiseans can get their pies directly from The Warehouse.

“We’re so excited to be part of The Warehouse and be around other creative food businesses,” said Rebecca Bloom, owner of Piedaho. “The Warehouse is a place where you can try all kinds of unique food and we can’t wait for visitors to give our sweet treats a try.”

Joining the lineup at BoDo this spring are two new entertainment options, Cinema West and Treefort Music Hall. Cinema West, will occupy the former Regal Edwards Theater on W. Broad Street and boast nine auditoriums with luxury reclining seats, wall-to-wall screens and state-of-the-art spatial audio technology.

Treefort Music Hall will give the beloved Boise music festival a year-round space. The building, located at the corner of Broad Street and Capitol Boulevard, will include a concert venue, greenrooms, office space, two bar areas, interior seating and a rooftop patio with an exterior stage. The 20,000 square foot space will be able to accommodate over 1,000 people all year round.
