  • What are your hours of operation?
    The Warehouse is open Sunday - Thursday, 10:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 10:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. Select vendors will open prior to 10:30 a.m. including Caffé D’arte, Gaston’s Bakery, and Waffle Love . For early open hours, click here.
  • Do you need reservations?
    Seating within The Warehouse Food Hall is open and on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not take reservations.
  • Is there public parking available?
    There are several public parking garages located in the BoDo neighborhood. Rates vary. There's also metered street parking available nearby.
  • Do you have vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options?
    Yes. We have food options that accommodate a wide variety of dietary needs.
  • Can you reserve or hold table space for larger groups?
    While we don’t currently reserve tables or seating at The Warehouse, please contact us to discuss potential large group options!
  • Are you pet friendly?
    Although we love your furry friends, The Warehouse Food Hall is not pet-friendly. Service animals only, please.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    The Warehouse is a community of independent Boise businesses. Therefore each tenant has their own gift card process. Please visit the specific tenant website for more information or purchase in-house. With the exception of Camp Cocktail Bar, The Loading Dock and Totally Toasted, Geronimo Hospitality Group gift cards are not valid for use with The Warehouse vendors.
  • Do you accept Downtown Boise Association (DBA) gift cards?
    You bet we do! All vendors within The Warehouse proudly accept DBA gift cards.
  • Can I bring outside food/beverage to The Warehouse? What about a birthday cake?
    No. Outside food and beverage is prohibited. Exceptions are made for the dietary needs of infants, medical determinations and homemade desserts for special celebrations (ex.: birthdays). Yes. Please feel free to celebrate birthdays and bring in a store-bought or homemade dessert.
  • Is The Warehouse kid-friendly?
    Absolutely! The Warehouse Food Hall welcomes all ages, but children must be directly supervised by an adult at all times.
  • How do I get in contact with a tenant/business inside the food hall?
    Please visit each tenant landing page found under vendor lineup for contact information.
  • How can I become a vendor?
    Get in on the action! Visit the "Join the Table" section on our homepage, fill out the requested information and a member of our team will be in touch.
  • What activities are nearby?
    The BoDo District is full of things to do during your visit. Spend the night at Hotel Renegade (opening spring 2024), tour the many galleries, boutiques and shops in downtown Boise (just steps from The Warehouse), visit Idaho’s state capitol building, enjoy a concert at Treefort, watch a movie at Cinema West Boise Downtown (opening spring 2023) or enjoy a leisurely bike ride or stroll along Boise’s 26-mile public greenbelt at the Boise River.
  • Are there any days The Warehouse is closed?
    Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please follow our Facebook or Instagram for updates on unexpected closure dates.
  • Is The Warehouse Food Hall non-smoking?
    Yes, smoking is prohibited at The Warehouse, including the use of E-Cigarettes and all other electronic smoking devices.
  • How much do you charge for high-speed/Wi-Fi internet access?
    We are pleased to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for our guests!
