The Warehouse Food Hall Opens in Downtown Boise

Downtown Boise’s hub of an eclectic mix of culinary talent and specialty retail is now open

BOISE, ID (July 12, 2022) – Today, Downtown Boise’s first food hall, The Warehouse Food Hall, located in historic BoDo, has opened. Boise-area locals and visitors have a new go-to culinary destination, bringing in a variety of culinary flavors and styles all under one roof.

Occupying 29,000 square feet, The Warehouse currently features 11 food and beverage options giving guests a variety of cuisines to choose from - with more on the way. Common seating, outdoor patio seating, and additional amenities are scattered throughout. The Warehouse will be open Sunday-Thursday 10:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday & Saturday 10:30a.m. - 10 p.m. Select Warehouse vendors will open prior to 10:30 a.m. including Caffé D’arte, Waffle Love and Gaston’s Bakery.

Guests looking for exceptional food experiences can enjoy the following food and beverage vendor line-up at The Warehouse:

• Anzalone Pizza - fuzing together flavors of Thailand and traditional techniques of classic Neapolitan pizza;

• Bao Boi - steamed bun sandwiches and Japaneses curry;

• Caffé D’arte - great tasting, artisanal coffees, and coffee drinks from Caffé D’arte Italia Coffee Roasters;

• CAMP Cocktail Bar - basecamp for artisan cocktails and mixed drinks;

• Gaston’s Bakery - high-quality, fresh baked goods;

• Neighbor Tim’s BBQ - slow-smoked Texas style BBQ brisket, pulled pork and ribs;

• Rush Bowls - nutritious and filling all-natural fruit bowls and smoothies;

• The Loading Dock - a no-frill spot for a shot and a beer;

• Totally Toasted - gourmet grilled cheese made with fresh ingredients and locally baked bread served with a cup of tomato soup for dunking;

• Waffle Love - taking waffles to the next level;

• Wok N’ Roll - traditional flavors of classic Asian dishes, but with a twist.
