Reimagined Asian Restaurant, Dumpling Time, Brings New Flavors to Boise

BOISE, ID (May 14, 2026) - The Warehouse Food Hall is thrilled to introduce its latest vendor: Dumpling Time, a fine-casual Asian concept known for its thoughtful approach to flavor, quality, and craftsmanship. Dumpling Time is slated to open in early fall this year.


Blending traditional techniques with locally sourced ingredients, Dumpling Time offers a refined yet approachable menu featuring handmade dumplings, gyoza, and bao among other signature dishes.


Dumpling Time Boise is owned and operated by Kash Feng. The restaurant was founded in 2017 by Feng in California’s Bay Area, where it quickly became popular for its fresh take on Asian food. The brand grew to five locations in the Bay Area, and The Warehouse Food Hall marks its first step outside California, where he has locally partnered with Jon Bergscheider.

“The Warehouse is at the center of the BoDo community and features an exciting array of local chefs and operators that pay tribute to their unique cultural heritages,” said Kash Feng, owner. “We’re thrilled to a part of something like this and help widen its global cuisine offerings even more!”

The addition of Dumpling Time further reinforces The Warehouse Food Hall’s mission to bring together a mix of dining options under one roof, offering guests a diverse lineup of food in a community-focused setting.
