BOISE, ID (November 3, 2025) - In the food hall world, one of the best parts of the job, and sometimes the hardest, is watching our beloved concepts outgrow our walls. Growth is part of our recipe at The Warehouse, and this month we’re celebrating one of our originals.
Wok N’ Roll has officially left The Warehouse Food Hall to open its very own restaurant right across the street. It’s a milestone moment for owner and chef Jessica Senet, who has built her business from the ground up, one flavor-packed dish at a time.
Jessica’s story begins here in Boise, where she grew up inside her family’s Thai restaurant. As a first-generation Laotian American, food was always at the center of her life. After spending years learning the ropes from her father and mastering every role in the kitchen, she decided to make her own mark on the local food scene.
In 2020, Jessica launched Wok N’ Roll, a food truck serving her creative take on Asian cuisine. Her menu quickly earned a following for its bold flavors, adventurous spirit, and mashup of influences from around the world. By 2022, she brought her signature dishes—like the famous “phacos,” crispy egg rolls, and customizable bowls—to The Warehouse Food Hall as one of our original vendors.
Here, Wok N’ Roll flourished. Guests lined up for Jessica’s fresh approach to fusion food and her knack for turning familiar favorites into something unexpected. Her creativity and energy made Wok N’ Roll a staple inside The Warehouse and a must-try for anyone who loves flavor with personality.
Now, she’s taking the next step. Wok N’ Roll is opening its first brick-and-mortar restaurant at 345 S. 8th Street, just across the road from where it all started. Fans can look forward to the same inventive menu and the same fearless approach to flavor that made Jessica’s concept a hit.
This growth is exactly what The Warehouse was built for. Our mission has always been to serve as a launchpad for local talent, giving small businesses the space to grow, build their brand, and eventually branch out on their own.
Every success story like this reminds us that The Warehouse isn’t only about great food. It’s about community. It’s about people like Jessica who take risks, follow their passion, and inspire others to do the same.
Wok N’ Roll’s journey—from food truck to food hall to full-scale restaurant—is a celebration of what happens when creativity and community come together. We couldn’t be prouder to have been part of their story, and we’ll be cheering them on from across the street.
