Mediterranean, Fish & Chips and Smash Burgers to Debut at The Warehouse

Boise, ID (June 17, 2024) – The Warehouse Food Hall is pleased to announce it will welcome three new concepts: Mazzah Mediterranean Grill, Driftwood Fry House, and Totally Smashed.  

Mazzah Mediterranean Grill is bringing authentic Greek and Middle Eastern flavors to the food hall with its delectable menu featuring savory gyros, falafel, kababs, baba ghannooj, and more. Mazzah’s arrival marks its second location with its other on 17th and State Street.  

Driftwood Fry House brings an array of seafood options to the food hall with its menu that includes Alaskan cod, shrimp, lobster bisque, and other fish and chip options. Owner Justin Arroues is currently the co-owner of Don & Charly’s in downtown Boise. With nearly 20 years of experience, Arroues is looking to grow another business that can bring great food to locals and visitors of downtown Boise.  

Totally Smashed is the latest concept to come from Geronimo Hospitality Group. This new concept offers smash burgers, French fries, and milkshakes to food hallgoers. Totally Smashed occupies the former Totally Toasted space within the food hall. Totally Smashed is now open.

“With each new vendor, The Warehouse continues to raise the bar,” said Robert Rourk, general manager of The Warehouse Food Hall. “The diverse offerings cater to every taste, and we can’t wait to welcome guests in to savor these exciting new concepts.”

These new concepts will join Foy’s Franks and Poppy Seed Bakery and Café as the newest vendors within the food hall this summer.
