Four New Tenants Added to The Warehouse Food Hall Lineup

Boise – Geronimo Hospitality Group is excited to announce the next round of food and beverage tenants planned for The Warehouse Food Hall in downtown Boise’s Bodo District. The newcomers to lineup include Caffe D’arte, Freshie’s Lobster Co., CAMP Cocktail Bar and Totally Toasted.

These new tenants join Paddles Up Poke, Rush Bowls and the Loading Dock as part of the anticipated 2022 opening of The Warehouse, a 29,000-square foot facility that aims to provide a rich and diverse mix of food and beverage options in the heart of Boise’s 8th Street dining district.

Caffé D’arte

Caffé D’arte has been a Bodo staple for the last decade with its location on the corner of 8th and Broad Street. The company’s name translates to “Art of Coffee” and describes the owners’ commitment to using traditional Italian techniques for buying, roasting, and blending specialty coffee drinks.

“At Caffé D’arte, we want customers to connect over the best-tasting coffee in the world,” General Manager, Joe Mancuso, said. “The Warehouse is the perfect location for Caffé D’arte because we treat coffee as a social product that brings people together. We’re excited to continue serving our loyal customers from the Bodo area in a vibrant, community-oriented food hall. Caffé D’arte patrons can order our signature drinks in our Warehouse location as well as new menu items made with the same traditional Italian quality and craftmanship we use in all of our products.”

Freshie’s

Freshie’s will be making its first inroads into Idaho with its space in The Warehouse. Freshie’s got its start serving Maine lobster rolls, sandwiches and salads at the farmer’s market in Park City, Utah, in 2009 and quickly became a favorite food destination for locals and tourists. Freshie’s, which also operates a store in Salt Lake City, has been recognized by the Down East Lobster Roll Competition as the best lobster rolls in the country.

“Customers all over the Mountain West make sure Freshie’s is on their list of places to stop when visiting Park City,” said Freshie’s Founder and Owner, Lorin Smaha.” I love the concept of The Warehouse because it allows Freshie’s to focus solely on providing the best lobster roll and lobster items. We’re looking forward to bringing our delicious menu to Boise.”

CAMP

Geronimo Hospitality Group will open two of its own concepts in The Warehouse – CAMP Cocktail Bar and Totally Toasted. CAMP will offer artisan cocktails and mixed drinks made with fresh ingredients. The design will incorporate natural elements like rock, wood and rope features to convey a relaxing, outdoor atmosphere.

Totally Toasted

Totally Toasted gives grilled cheese and tomato soup a creative tune-up with premium ingredients, high-quality protein options, and locally baked bread.

“CAMP and Totally Toasted revamp classic favorites through a mix of welcoming atmospheres and exceptional ingredients,” said Jeff Whiteman, Chief Operating Officer at Geronimo Hospitality Group. “The Geronimo concepts will fit nicely alongside the restaurants that we have already added to The Warehouse roster and the tenants we hope to add in the near future.”
